Hi Everybody!
I have Bizhub C500 pro protected with password and i can't calibrate this machine. Is there any option to reset, read password?
Default password Fiery.1 is not working and password like 0000 1234 0000000 9272 92729272 are not working.
I don't have Software CD that i cant to reload it.
Thanks for help

There is a file online somewhere that is called password.ps and it will print out a sheet with the password on it. Sometimes it has a hash code and you can search for a decoder for that.

possible there is no password at all. Try using a blank password.

I'm assuming this'd only work with a fiery that has complete kvm accessories; if it was the mini fiery that hangs on the back of the machine and uses the touchpanel you'd be outta luck, right?

It is suppose to work on any fiery.. I have only tried on a couple so I can not say. The newer ones with embedded win XP usually return a hash code and you have to decode it. Other wise it works. Since I have not tried on all of them I can not say for sure.
