Konica Minolta C351 Touch display not working

KM C351 Touch screen display is non responsive. Display lights up and shows all options but doesn't respond to any selection. Help ?
Also where may I find service manuals for C351 ?

Hi

There are dozens of threads on here which relate to unresponsive touchscreens. It is a well known issue and often the only solution is to replace the touch glass with a new part.
Depending on which part of the world you are you may be able to get a free glass from Konica but you will need an authorised dealer to do this.
