Could be a board failure, check firmware, do a factory reset (backup user data first), inspect connections and reseat. Use ledger size paper and see if the pattern repeats, it could be a damaged transfer belt.

To me, the lines don't look like anything electronically induced, more like rubbing or stalling somewhere. What happens when you scan an original to a scan location? Are the lines reproduced? Emujo

Scan work fine, get lines on copy and print and internal printouts

Boy those look like laser dots. Seen those when a laser malfunctions. How about doing some single color copies and see if it is one IU or all 4. Might help tp narrow it down.

If I had to guess I would say the transfer belt cleaner is plugged up. Pull out the belt and see if the lines are on it.

pull transfer belt no lines on belts but on 11 by 17 line does repeat that is about the size of black drum ,but CQ look like the digital lines failures of the c353and c451 MFP boards?
Is there any word from konica on a special firmware for this model to address digital type of lines?

If it is a repeat pattern then I would try another drum and see if it goes away.

Okay that sound like something stuck in t-belt cleaning blade. Stop the machine with paper at transfer and then look at belt. That lite gray sounds like waste toner not being cleaned.

You said the deefect repeats on 11x17 sheet, is the defect always the EXACT same? Run the internal cmyk test pages, if you see black/grey lines throughout the colors, then i/u's and lasers can be eliminated. you would then be looking at tbu, secondary transfer, or fuser. If you say the defect repeats at about the interval of a drum rotation, i would check for ripples in the fuser rollers, as they are about the same size as a drum.

MFB board fixed it.
