    konica codes in the 30's

any code from a konica that is in the 30's is fuser related and should be looked at by a service tech. that code came up for a reason-something is wrong and could pose a fire hazard! just resetting the code will work but you are setting yourself up to burn down your business.

a real tech will pull out the fuser and take it apart and inspect the inside and out to make sure nothing is out of place before resetting the code and continuing on.
