KM-2560 strange errors (2H0-25)

i have a problem . when i look up my device via webbrowser shown wrong model number (2H0-25 Status: OK) and also i cant see my toner level too.What must i do fix this problem thanks for any help :) . Sorry for my bad english

Somewhere along the way someone has done a U020 All Clear, wiping out the machines destination code. Go to simulation U265 and enter 02 for Kyocera Mita, or 66 for Copystar. There are other less common nameplates (Utax, for example), but I don't know any of those codes. =^..^=
