    [Misc] Quality poor in copies

    I have a Bizhub C500, but i have a problem with a poor quality image, how can i adjust it?

    I need a procedure to run image adjust. Also, need a special chart to make adjust?

    I clean a mirror's unit, replace wire's charging and general clean the equipment.

    When i send prints a quality is aceptable, but i compare with others sites & also print's are poor, but major vs copies.

      Call your local service center to have a QUALIFIED technician look at it. If you do not know what you are doing, you may end up making things worse. Quite likely the machine is due for a PM cycle on the print process parts.

          You are probably due for a PM. Depending on you copy count the transfer belt and transfer rollers in the belt need to changed. Charge wires and grids, also if you are high enough in the copy count you will also need a developer change. You need a certified rep to handle this.
