C-6102 Error for Bizhub

I am new to this and we jus bought a new Bizhub - i printed out the entire manual - can someone tell me what this error is ?

What model Bizhub? For most models, the error code reasons can be read right in the tech mode under 'counters'

Resa, ddude isnt being rude, but if you go in there not knowing what your doing, you could cause all sorts of problems. Honestly leave it for the techies
