Overlay in C220

Good day to you.
I have a to setup overlay for a C220 machine. To add a file I the only options available are .KFO extention. The image I have is Jpeg. How can I turn it into .KFO format. Or how can I go about it. Thanks so much for the help.

Select "create host image" in the "Stamp/Composition" tab of the printer driver and print the file.
