good day and thanks for being so kind.i just fine out that the toner motor is not feeding the developer unit.what can i do to solve this problem so that the toner motor will send toner in the developer unit.i really need help on this.thanks in advance.

...in tec mode "4" "7" you see de motor ,run?...the gear and the drive shaft, run..?
-If the answer is yes...change the developer and make the developer adjust..
