a lot of toner spill in konica 920 emergency!!!

i got a machine bizhub 920 and after 20,000 or 30000 that customer printing there is alot

of toner spilling on the transfer corona from the side of the dv unit i try to replace the dv

unit and take out the filters from the back of the machine and to check the dipsw 23-2,3,4

and 27-2,3 no changing it can be problem with developing suction fan? or mabe contol

board ? thank's for help!!!

Toner spilling/spewing/dumping.
Solution:
PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. Toner builds up in the recycle pipes/hoses due to failure of RC-501 recycle pipe installation. Toner spills from lower casing of the drum carriage (developing section), accumulates in the developing unit and the lower casing of the drum then falls onto the guide plate of the Transfer/Separation unit.
Clean and reconfigure the recycle pipes/hoses. There are two steps to the procedure:
a. Shorten the pipe to the recycle tank (see the photos below).
b. Pinch the recycle pipe with fingers and check the toner clogging. If the toner is clogged in the recycle pipe, clean it. Please see attached Bulletin Number 6626 for the cleaning procedure.

i didn't install rc-501 becuse before i got spills after 250000 or 300000 printing and not much
