Hello!
Came a costumer with this new machine outputting black prints.
Its not the scanner or scanner lamp. Is it Main Charge off, High Voltage off?
Is there a usual simphtom on other similar ones? (I'm not familiar with Konica's)
Anyone can help?

check the earth connectors for the drum and the main charge
