customer called about sc34-4. tech went out and reset service swith 3 back to normal state. turned off the machine and now its comming up with sc90-1 loose connection between adubd and printer board. looked up tech bullitens and found one stating about 2 wire harnesses that could be shorting out. they were not.

Have you got any blown ICP'S on the ADU board ?

no, I sure havent. I replaced the adu board and fuser just to make sure and that didnt work. So I reinstalled the original parts and to my amazement it works. I think its an electrical problem with the site. We sent it back and it popped up with a new code. Now it says drum drive error. Im glad I got someone to talk too now. Im the only one that works with the 920 and 1050.
