We got a service call to make the FK502 on a Bizhub C450 active. Simple call- Go to service mode set the board. Did that, found that the memory wasn't installed, installed the memory. Got C-D202 Error.
I swapped out the ram, even the work ram with all new chips. Did not help, swapped the expanded memory board, did nothing. Swapped the Fax board, nothing changed.
So I figure it would be the PWB-MFPC board, so I ran a backup of the NVRAM from enhanced security mode, popped off the NVRAM chip, and swapped the boards. All I would get was a blank screen, would wait an hour to see if it would come back, nothing.
Did some reading found where running the NVRAM initialization has helped cure dead screens from going blank. Downloaded the chip, followed the instructions step by step, and now the machine will boot up, but only gives me Error code C-D201. I've swapped all the memory again just to cover my base, and still have had no luck.
Any suggestions?
