Need latest firmware for KM-4850W

Hi all,

We live in rural Washington State and lost our local Kyocera dealer last year. Our unit is long since off maintenance and I need to update the firmware. Can't find anywhere to download the firmware. Sent a request to Kyocera support explaining our situation and received a form mail back telling me to contact our local dealer...

Our current version is 2.5.1. Also, does anyone have or know of a driver for Window 7 x64? Thanks.

They do have windows vista ppd files, 32 and 64 bit. Those files should be compatible with windows 7. I can get you the firmware but cannot attach it because it is an .exe file. If there is any other way you can think of i can get you the firmware you need.
