Here's a brief synopsis:

Turn on machine - p21 code right off the bat
While running copies - p14 / p22 codes pop up
All colors are skewed in reference to black
All colors are skewed by the same amount
None of the calibrations fix it
We have replaced the transfer belt, registration sensors, and the print control board
None of it fixed it

Thoughts? Tips? Tricks? Solutions? How many feathers on a Purdue chicken?

Heeeeeeeeelp!!!

Had the same issue some time back, swapped the laser unit and problem dissapeared, put the suspect laser into another MFP and it printed perfectly. Turned out the laser was sitting slightly skewed in its mounting postition, it would rock back and forth. Think it was assembled incorrectly at the plant. Emujo

Like bigdcopy stated, check that the unit has not shifted. But in this case, you have 3 colours not aligned to black. This is a 4 colour single body unit.

First, ensure that you check the condition of the transfer belt and ensure that the IDC sensors are clean. Failure to do so will simply waste your time otherwise.

There is an adjustment required for these other colours to fall back in line. Print out a 4 colour mix lattice pattern in tech rep.

Then follow the procedure in the attached image. Take note that the adjustment is when you replace a unit, some numbers are stamped on a label. However, sometimes a unit will go out of whack on site, so the adjustment needs to be tweaked. Typically, the value that is seen when you view the adjustment screen, I reduce that by 10. Perform the reset as shown. And print another test pattern to observe change. Repeat as needed.

Do one colour at a time to align it to black. Doing one at a time will assist you in knowing which direction you need to go with the adjustment. Use 11x17 paper stock to be able to view across the page. At some point you will need to print that pattern in negative, to get white lines instead of black. Doing that will help you identify which colour may still need adjustment.
