Di1610fp, lost adminstrator password, reset

Good morning. My customer has a KM Di1610fp and has lost the admin password to the web interface. According to the User Manual for Internet Fax and Network Scan Kit SU-6, the default password is "sysadmin". We tried this along with "0000" and "00000000", but no joy. If I perform SERVICE MODE, CLEAR DATA, and MEMORY CLEAR, will this reset the unit and the admin password back to default?

Thanks manuelcorrea, I tried "sysadmin", it did not work. Is there a way to reset the unit back to factory defaults?

Thanks manuelcorrea. That was it. However due to other electical problems, the little MFP is being replaced.
