[Error Code] Konica Minolta PagePro 1390: error printer unknow printer

Hi i get message on display of Konica Minolta PagePro 1390:
#error printer unknow printer#
the machine is half dead, works in sense that can go through menus but so slowly and didn't print at all
This error is not documented i also try to upload with new FW for error condition, with older one but with not success
will appreciate any ideas

About all you can hope for is to reseat all connectors on the board and firmware update. Can you get a USB connection to the 1390?

I dissassembly the fuser it's Ok but when i start the machine the lamp inside doesnt light up?
maybe something in power supply is wrong or worst in controller /image control board
the error message lights with open front door, or disconnected fuser
this error is very rare
only one when google it LINK unfortunately
without solution
