C353 jam for tray 3 & 4 (J2001)

Has anyone seen 2001 jams from tray 3 & 4 ?
Every thing checks out OK,There was firmware released that mentioned this jam but it same in the machine.
Any help greatly appreciated & Thanks in advance

firmware is G20-09 or later......

1. PS4 (PC-405 Lift-Up sensor) or PS114 (PC-104/PC-204 Lift-Up sensor) is not functioning
2. Backlash of the Paper Feed motor (M1 for PC-405 and M122 or M123 for PC-104/PC-204).

If the machines done loads of copies check the paper feed clutches seen plenty of these fail when you get past the 500k marker just fall to bits or rust.

Grrrr bring back the good old c252 no flipping clutches :P.

Been having problems lately with the Bizhub color machine paper trays not seating properly. This causes tray lift errors or no feed errors from the trays. Try watching as the paper lifts and "jiggle" the tray as it is rising to see if the lifting stops early. Had one that I replaced lift motor and sensors only to find the tray was hitting the screw for the plastic clip that secures the tray when you push it in.
