going out to do a c6000 install tomarrow sales has ordered c6000,RU506,GBC punch unit,RU509,PB503 and a FS531 . all is good but i cry foul at the fs531 as the terminating option i think they need the FS521 ,i see no config docs or install manual that shows FS531 after the PB503 . i only see a FS531 in an entry level config with main body only or with an RU unit. am i wrong on this ?

I believe you are correct, I do not think you can put a 531 after a pb503.

Wouldn't be the first time (or last) sales has screwed up like that, and you'll be left holding the bag. Better tell your boss soon!

See attached expectation setting document for specifics, but you are right. The FS-531 is a basic finisher meant to terminate either directly to the main body (as per page 29) or through the relay unit attached to the main body, (as per page 28).

Give your sales rep a slap in the back of the head for NOT paying attention to the expectation setting document.
