hello everybody im new to this site and im in need of help despretely. i'm new to this model and i'm tryng to find the part number for the drum potential sensor/c. but i can't seem to be able to find it on the service manual. is this sensor part of the drum unit? the reason why i want to replace this sensor is because i'm getting a c-2813 error code and is directing me to this sensor but i can't locate it on the parts manual. any help or reference will be greatly appreciated
thank you :)

Do not play with these if you are not trained on them
You can seriously screw them up

now as for the part number i dont have a parts manual but here is the servie manul stuff
C-2813 In charging potential control,

drum surface potential/C was

out of specification.

Printer control board (PRCB)

Drum potential sensor board

/C (DRPSB/C)

Drum potential sensor /C

(DRPS/C)

Are you sure the shutter is openning and have you removed it and cleaned it with a dry soft lint free cloth?
thats where to start as long as your drum is good new?

The sensor is located up and to the right of the drum. C 2813 refers to the cyan sensor. The part is located on pg 52, # 11 in the parts book.

Sorry, I gave u the part from the 6501 manual, the part # is A03U R736 00. Look in the process carriage section of the manual.

Be sure the corona wires are installed properly. They sometimes come bad from that manufacturer.
