This has to do with fuser temperature either your lamp or fuse is blown or one of your two thermistors packed up , you can reset this code by pushing the little micro switch on the back of the machine on the pwb-a
but remember the machine must be on when you do this.

i have reseted the machine but it only worked for a few times and now even if i reset it the code is still on it. other suggestions? thanks!
