[Dead] Konica Minolta C352 Control Panal Repair

    Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if there was anybody other then KM that i can send a C352 Control Panal back to get reparied. I've tried Hytech Board Repair and CRC Systems-The Touch Screen Repair Depot. Neither did I have luck with. If anyone knows of anyone could you please let me know.

    Thanks

    Brian

Is it only the touch screen that's not working? There are known issues with the touch panels. See the post here:

If you have KMBS access, there is a FOC program for replacements.

Just another piss poor vendor (China I'm sure) using the wrong epoxy which expands when its subjected to heat and moisture, I swear I must have replaced 500 of these at 200 plus a clip...... Fuck you Konica Minolta!

The cheaper, the better... Every company is trying to cut costs without thinking to quality because the first thing a customer is noticing is the price... Remember the old DI250/350 that was made in Japan? I never had a clutch problem with them, not like the current series...
