Help guys,
I just put in a new IU in a C550 and then tried to do gradation, but the page it gave me didnt have all 3 black boxes on the gradation page. So I knew that gradation wouldnt work. Well I was right. So I checked the paper trays, which was fine. Reseated all IU's, and the transfer belt with no luck. I put the old IU back in (black) and found that with the old IU it did the same thing with the test pattern error. What to do?
