I have an error code on the screen and the copier wont function. The code is C-0520. What does that mean and what is the fix? Thank You

It is a fuser temp code. Open front door and near the blue handle to remove the IU's is a hole. Push a paper clip through it and it goes to service screen, push trouble reset.The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen Hawking -
thank you for your response. I found a small pin-hole at the bottom right side of the blue handle. I pushed a paperclip into the hole with no result. I did it with the machine off and turned it back on and then I left it on and pushed the paperclip in, again, nothing. I seem to be missing something. Any suggestions?Comment
