I have a machine konica 7165 when I turn on the machine it asks me a code for the voltage meter, I do not known how this code then this code Supreme

I am guessing that you have just bought a 7165, and when you turn it on it asks for a password to allow you to use it?
If this is the case, it sounds like account track is turned on?

Goto kmbs.konicaminolta.com and grab the user manual for you machine, it's in there how to setup (or turn off) ECM.

I already have the manual machine, but nothing I found how to reset the code counter to walk to the machine

down load the user manual and then goto section and pages 14-18 to 14-25. These pages describe how to make adjustments to account track. it is called ECM in the manual. try all zeros for the passwords. (default).

Can you give me the manual. mine it has ONLY 13-60 page til I not find page 14-18 14-25

Follow this steps first or you may explore the ECM Setting menu.
Here's how....

1. Off the machine.
2. Press Help while you on the machine.
3. Input your 4-digit Key-Op password and press OK.
4. Press ECM
5. Input your 8-digit Master Key Code (try eight 0's or 12345678) and press OK.
6. Dissable ECM (Electronic Copy Monitor) by hitting off.

I have already tested the code but nothing. I think I need the reset to zero and mahine

Hold 2 & 5 while powering and continue holding until selection screen appears. Select 6 "password setting" the master and the key-op password can be viewed.
