konica minolta di 2010 error c1038

so the machines errors out with a c1038 and then a 0x00f00201 the konica website states to reseat the mfb3 board to the a board. which did not work. then it said to replace the pwb A or Mfb3. the mfb3 board is ultra expensive. anybody had this same scenario? what board was the fix? thank for any andvice

this code was cleaered and the machine was fixed by replacing the pwb a
just in case ya'll run across this in the future
