Simple things first:

- Are the fusing unit levers in the correct position (middle)?
- Is the transfer belt being cleaned correctly?
- Does it happen in all colors?

looks like black iu cant handle it. What have you done? A little more info? How old is IU?

IU still hv half bar , change other IU same problem

How about the image transfer belt and erase lamp? check them.

It may be checked in following order - Transfer belt ( actually cleanning blade performance or bad 1st transfer roll of black inside belt unit), dirty Erase Lamp, Bad Black IU & bad quality toner ( may be original but stored in hot place). It looks like charge on the black drum is getting diacharged.
