WCP 2636 doesn't turn on

Hi friends,

When press switch on this machine, it sounds like short siren from ESS (from fax board) and doesn't turn on. When I hold switch in ON position machine seems to initialize, but there are only dots on screen, and never shows error code.
ESS is booting when I connect it to AltBoot tool.

Any ideas?

Forgot to mention why I came on site.
Customer call I said that there was jam before fuser and error code 8-164.
