I have an error code on Konica Minolta CF 2002, code is C-0251.

I can't find that error - don't you mean C-0521?
Try the trouble reset - With the machine turned on, open the door and, on the right side, under the blue tool, there's a square hole - stick a pen into it and it should reset the code (check the attached pic).
