KM-C2525E - HI Old guy new to copiers

Working on a KM-C2525E. Customer complaint is unit calibrates to often. I have set calibration to long does not seen to help. Is there any way to make caltbration manual only. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I don't recommend it. The reason it calibrates is to maintain color copy quality. If you don't care what the copy quality looks like, go ahead and stop calibration. And it might as well be black & white only if you don't care what the color copy quality looks like. =^..^=
