Bizhub350 Adminstrator Management 2 issue

Hi I would like to ask some thing about Administrator Management 2 of Bizhub 350. I have noticed that one of my machine is different from the other. (See attatched picture)
Most of my machine has HDD Management while i have one machine that has no HDD Management. also the Delete Job has change its place and Security Settings is missing... :confused: Is there a way to make that appear? a program or settings maybe? Thank you for your help...

One does not have the hard drive installed.

by the way sir, both board has hard disk installed. The thing i've noticed now is that i try to interchange the small board [the one with battery (see attached picture) ] then the image i first post above also interchange. 9411

Check service mode and make sure they both have the hard drive installed and also check the firmware version.
