Hi there!
Problem of the drummotor BK: could be a bad motor (often in K-M machines!) or the PCU is bad. You should check if it´s correct assembled.

I believe that code is the yellow TCR sensor. Check the yellow I/U unit

the error appeared once, then it did not appear at all. is that means the error still remaingin in machine? or the error is cleared?

From the knowledge base:

Description:
C225B error code.
Solution:

PROBABLE CAUSES:
Shortly after power up
Black drum motor (M18) or PRCB has failed.
Check the M18 connector for proper connection and ensure that M18 has proper drive coupling. If CN13 on the PRCB is connected securely (CN35 for bizhub C452/C552/C552DS/C652/C652DS) and the error reoccurs, replace M18 (p/n A00J M110 00) and the PRCB (PWB-MC) as a set.

bizhub C451/C550/C650 - PRCB (p/n A00J H001 06)
bizhub C452/C552/C552DS/C652/C652DS - PRCB (p/n A0P0 H001 01)
Note: If a new M18 is not available, replace the Main Drive Unit (p\n A00J R704 00 for bizhub C451/C550/C650 and p/n A0P0 R707 00 for bizhub C452/C552/C552DS/C652/C652DS).

Intermittently when coming out of Power Save mode
The DC Power Supply (DCPU) is failing.
Replace the DCPU (p/n A00J M404 05 for bizhub C451/C550/C650 and p/n A0P0 R704 11 for bizhub C452/C552/C552DS/C652/C652DS).

If you're a KM tech you should be ashamed for having to ask for this info. If not you should be placing a service call to get this taken care of. Emujo

If it is not displayed on your screen, it is cleared. Sounds like the pcu was in a bind and freed itself up

thank you guys...
i'm end user, and in my country (east africa, Tanzania) we have lack of KM Technicians and Consumables so this is why i've decided to register on this website in order to have technical assistance! Would also like to ask if you know where i can buy toners, iU and other consumable at a competitive price.

Hi Kizi

What consumables are you looking for and for which machines?

I think you may have looked up C-225B, Zeldaman.

Personally, I'm thinking that the yellow developer is probably failing. If the code returns replace the yellow imaging unit. =^..^=

Check the toner density level in The State Confirm in the tech rep mode. Then select level history 1, toner density should alway be arount 7%...If it is below, enter image adjust and select manual add toner and select Y...after complete check level history again...now yellow should be at or just above 7%...If not, you may have a toner motor that has failed or a printer control board that is failing to turn on the motor. Just had to go through that process with the cyan and black toner motor not turning on for a C452 and it turning out to be the printer control board. A brand new machine out of the box...

[QUOTE=Microoffice;324348]nothing to replace... follow your service manual will helpMy friend, I've been a senior technician for over 10 years now, I've gone through the manual on numerous occasions. Unfortuantely I'm the only technician in my company, otherwise I would've asked for assistance. I do understand that you are only the end user, and the easiest thing to say is "check the manual", but that is why we have this site, so that technicians and engineers can help and assist each other when all else fails and the manual doesn't help anymore. But thanx for trying to help, I really appreciate it. God bless!

For what it's worth, on my first and only experience with this code, it was the DCPU. I was able to get the machine to code more than 50% of the time as it was coming out of power save mode.

I replaced the DCPU and soon after the code returned. Now I'm nervous, thinking I've wasted a DCPU and I took a long time to make that call in the first place. Long story short, 1st replacement DCPU was at fault too, replacing it again fixed the problem.
