Ciao,
Per entrare nel Tech. Rep. Mode premere:

Utility->Contatore->Stop->0->0->Stop->0->1

Per il TROUBLE continuare da qui premendo:

Stop->9->Stop->0->Stop->1

Ciao.

I'm having the same issue. Unable to get into service mode due to error c-d010. I must be missing something as I have tried a few things to get in to service. I cannot get past the first screen, so I'm looking for a power up solution! Thanks, if you can help!

My problem is when I power up with the utility key held for a Trouble Reset and I enter in my service code, I see the flash of the CE Service password screen, but then it returns to the error screen before I can enter in the password. So I am having a tough time just getting in. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Now that I am in, what is the password? I'm normally a Canon and Xerox tech, so need some help guys. Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for that information... ;) I actually fumbled around online for a while, and came across a site that used the following... Not sure why it worked, but it did... :)

"1. Press the Utility/Counter key.
2.The Utility Mode screen will appear.

3. Touch Meter Count on meter count display.
4. Press the following keys in this order.
Stop a0 a0 aStop a0 a1
5. Touch Password, and enter the CE password using the display keyboard or the 10-key pad.
Note: The initial setting for CE password is “92729272”. "

I have never seen this code before, but it worked.. :)

Thanks again for the pdf, I've saved it to my service records.
