Samsung SCX 6545 blank screen

Hi everyone I have Sammy 6545 with a blank screen except for a vertical and horizontal line through the screen. Nothing else works. Any help is appreciated. Please do not post a manual spam to this post. I have the manual already.

if you remove the back panel after pulling the power cord, on the bottom right is the main cpu board. on the bottom of the cpu board is a 2 connector plug with a red and black wire that goes to a 3.6 volt back battery, and a 3 connector plug that goes to a thermistor. for sensing ambient temperature. unplug both , go have coffee , reconnect both plugs, power up and see if the machine boot up properly
