The road to hell is paved with good intentions............ I picked up a very low mileage Imagistics CM2520 which is the same as the C-250 and in my infinite wisdom decided to upgrade the firmware to level 3. sounded great in theory except it was Minoltas level 3 not Imagistics version. Well needless to say it came up with the old install the proper IU's message, so I shoved a set of Minolta IU's in it and it still does the same thing. So I guess my question is does anyone have any ideas on how to complete the transformation and get this beast up and running? It was a complete reload of the firmware including the fax. Better yet does anyone have access to the Imagistics level 3 firmware files, that would at least get it running again. Sometimes our Dr. Frankenstein type experiments go south and this would be one of them, but we have learned a lot over the years like converting DI520's to 620's, DI-450's to 550's, PI-5501's to 4700e's etc. Let me know if anyone might have any ideas for this blunder.

I work for oce' imagistics and at this point or at least the last time
I checked the level 3.01 firmware was still in test mode and
not readilly available yet for the imagistics machines.
I could be wrong since its been a couple of weeks since
I saw the tech meeting notes on this but I know they
Like to see how the firmware performs on the vendor products
before adopting it.
I'll check on monday to see if it's been released yet.
just out of curiousity why did you flash it?
These things don't allow you to version down, just curious.
