Biz Hub 210 Error C0501

Hi, I have a Konica Minolta Biz Hub 210 displaying error C0501. I have replaced the fuser with a new unit, reset and still failing into C0501.
When it powers up I also get a message "D RAM Cleared".
Can anyone offer any further suggestions ?
If anyone has a service manual that would help.

Door switch.

suomi said is correct u check the lever on the side door it will be loose that make the switch on and off so u look to it

Hi there!
Remove the rear cover. In the upper left corner you see 2 painted screws, holding the fusing-safetyswitch. open them & pul the sw carefully up. That must help.
