Konica Minolta CF1501 Error Code c004c

Please I have Minolta cf1501 and showing error code c004c but, before that was jamming the paper by the heating ruler. I had one tech to check it for me but messed it up more and after is showing error code c004c, can anyone who know the code help me out.

The problem is related to Ozone filter fan. It's located on lower left side of the machine.
