Does it have a stuck print or fax job? Is the memory at 100%

RRodgers -

Fax function is disabled and there are no jobs in the queue. The machine has been rebooted several times. I can successfully ping the machine. I've successfully logged into Web Scope for this machine as admin before.

Thanks for the quick reply.

It's on and I can get into Web Scope public access. The issue is only when trying to log in as admin.

IE or Firefox? Try Firefox.

Unfortunately FF is not an option for me here at work. I manage about 110 Konica's though and log into all the others through IE with no problem. I've even logged into this very machine, from IE, as recently as last week with no issue.

It's a bit of a head scratcher. If I haven't come up with a solution by tomorrow I'll have to call in a service tech.

IE is ALWAYS a problem for me, if you can, can you try opera maybe?

Maybe try clearing your browser cache (on IE) and see if that helps.

Well, I cleared the cache, and I'm in!

Thanks for the suggestion RR.
