Hi All,
I have a Bizhub c352 with the IC-406 Fiery attached. I figured out all the printing for Win 7 and XP just fine.
The customer wants to scan to a shared folder as well. The folders are on a Windows 7 x64 Home Premium PC. I have been trying for 3 hours to make it work to no success. Here's what I've done:
- turned off smb2.0 using the sc commands.
- opened port 139 and 445 in the firewall inbound.
- created a username/password for the scanner and put it in as I scan.
- tried using the ip address as a destination
- tried using the pc name as a destination
- I can't change security policy settings because I can't find secpol.msc or anything else in this PC.
So I'm stuck and a bit frustrated. Any recommendations?
Thanks,
ScottN
