I have a machine with an intermittant sc 49-03 has anyone seen this?

If Memory Serves Me Correct It Has To Do With Your Printer Controller , I Think The Problem Occurs When The Customer Does Not Shut The Controller Down Before Switching Off The Machine I Solved My Problem By Turning On The Weekly Timer On The Machine So They Dont Have To Switch The Machine Off.

Thanks Rudi, that was a print sys. code, that is why it was not in the manual. This machine is not connect anymore so removing the print system got rid of the code
