Hi there, I need a little help with this one. I've been working for a few years with KM printers. One of my customers needs a printer for low/medium printing volume (15k prints monthly), but almost exclusively on heavy stock (250grs). Tipically I would have offered him a magicolor 8650 but it seems like there's been a problem with minolta getting printers into my country (argentina) and I have to wait several weeks. Instead they are offering me an Aficio spc820, witch I've had never heard of (don't work with other brands rather than KM).
Can anyone tell me if this printer is just as realiable and easy to use/service as KM's 8650?
will it last a reasonable time doing 15k prints monthly on heavy stock?
Is the cost per print really lower than km's printer?
