Please help us, new customer and we're looking bad.
We have a code 010, no clock pulse from main drive.
It's not the motor or DC control board. Someone told us to check the drum unit drives and we couldn't see anything wrong there. If we reset the DC Con memory to clear the code, it will run exactly 5 copies and stop in the same spot each time. Code will not clear by shutting machine down and turning back on.
Any help would be HUGELY appreciated.
