cf3102 how to deactivate lift

hi,

as the topic says, i want to deactivate the lift on the left side of the machine where it stores the printed paper.
i dont need this anymore and the machine is way smaller without.

really nobody knows how to disable the finisher?
its a fn-108 btw

just remove it and unplug it - its an optional accessory and the machine functions without it. UNPLUG WHEN ITS OFF

be sure to also remove the plastic horizontal transport unit with the finisher and the sheets will simply store under the scanner unit.

you may require a screw driver to remove the rail that the finisher is guided back to the machine with when removing paper jams etc. cant remember on that old machine.

Its not rocket science regardless.
