I would start with the basic calibrations, if all is well here (test charts look good, color copy jobs are acceptable), then you may have a driver issue, or the users monitor may be out of calibration. If they are running a newer version of windows, you may want to utilize the "universal" driver instead of the older 352 driver. Both PCL and PS have areas in the color selection window that will allow you to tweak the contrast, hue, saturation to assist in geting the output you want. Have you tried printing the file to another MFP to see if the results are the same? Emujo
