Bizhub 601-showing only Konica Minolta on the display panel

After checking one by one the CF card , NVRam, SDB PWB, OACB PWB and PRCB PWB. Found out that the PRCB PWB is defective after checking to another machine. Replace the PRCB PWB with new one but after fittiing the new board , the same problem exist.Found out that ICP supplying 5 volts going to the SDB board has blown. Please any help / suggestions will be highly appreciated
