7145 Toner bottle rotation inop

Anyone know of what fails when the toner bottle seems to stop rotating on the 7145? Looks like a bear to remove hopper assembly and jump in there for diagnosis. I would like to know what I am up against and possibly what parts to take along as this client is 45 minutes away.

The Hopper isnt too bad. It is behind the board, but after that a couple screws and connectors and it comes off as a unit. there are a couple motors and a solenoid if memory serves.

Isn't there also some gears in that unit? I had a similar Konica model one time that had stripped a couple of gears in that unit if I am thinking about the same part.

Turns out to be bad gears in the hopper motor section. Able to tweak frame a bit until I can get new ones ordered up.
