Hi I need help I'm experiencing continuous jams on C6500 when printing on 105-1360g/mē coated GL. I've played around with fuser temp + speed. NO LUCK
Thanks

What tray are you using? Is it single sided coated or double sided coated? What error/jam code is it reporting.

there are 4 one way gears in the fuser drive system that will slip on heavier weight paper/card stock they will work on regular paper - have a tech replace them.

Try to run the job with paper weight set to one lower. If image is of high coverage then recomend to run on oversize paper.Images with CMYK rich black tend to wrap around fuser belt so try not to print too close to lead edge.
