Our office is using a Ricoh 3501 and we're tring to set up Scan to email services. However we're getting relay errors when the user/email address is clearly a part of the domain. we are on SBS 2008. any suggestions? i'm open

Have you checked your SMTP Authentication settings in user tools on the machine?
