I do not have a manual for this machine anymore. Does anyone know how to adjust the loop for the first drawer only

It's been a while but I think the loop is an overall adjustment.
I used to use 36 mode '80'.
P1 & P2 Horizontal and Vertical Magnification (the screen will say which - I can't remember)
P5 CVR Adjustment
P6 Registration
P7 Lead Edge Erase
P8 Loop

There are other P codes depending on model, eg: more for 3135 than 3035.

If you can adjust individual tray loop, when the item is selected (P8) all trays will be lit (for overall adjustment), select the appropriate tray to adjust individually.
Alternatively you can use the appropriate 36 code - I don't know this code from memory because I always used 36 - 80.

As I said it has been a long while since I needed any of these codes so if I have gotten some wrong please correct me. I will check in the morning and edit if incorrect.

Use 36 mode code 94. Select tray to adjust w/paper size button. Range is from -20 (less) to 99 (more).

If lead edge timing is varying, check the solenoids for sticky cushions.

I am going back tommorow, my problem is that, only the first tray jams every time. The paper stops just before the syn roller. It dose not catch on the mylar, I replaced the tires, and the machine only has 90k on it. It has been in a customers home for the last 12 years.
