They have a updated actuator for this problem and if you have never done it before, it is a process. You have to go through the back of the machine and remove everything.

I'd go with the easiest option first of checking the detecting plate on the back of the t/belt.

Detecting Plate not positioned properly.
Shape of the detecting plate has been modified. Install the modified Detecting Plate (p/n A02E 5033 01)

Turn machine off.
Open right door.
Take out two screws holiding transfer belt in.
Take out belt.
Check plate.
If old style fit new.

if you've done all of the mods and have a new transfer belt and still have the issues, the transfer belt seperation clutch in the fusing drive assembly may be slipping. Its smaller for energy saving and inferior to previous versions such as in c250/c352. As far as i'm aware the old large version cannot be retrofitted either.

Lubrication to the transfer belt's cams may also assist the situation.

before gutting the machine to change the actuator and bracket i suggest you check if your serial number is within the range of the later models already installed with the mod at the factory.

the job will be a waste of time if it is.

Not to make an old thread come to life again, but I have no idea where the new thread link is...anyway, I am having the same problem
I tried everything I can.

I would try installing the spacer shims under the sliding actuator engager on the transfer belt when all else has failed. It overcomes an excessive gap between it and the actuator in the back of the machine - probably from transportation twisting and deformation of the chassis.
